Idaho First Time Home Buyer What Would Be Better For Us: A Convential Loan Or FHA Loan In Idaho?

What would be better for us: a convential loan or FHA loan in Idaho? - idaho first time home buyer

We are only about $ 30,000 a year and I am for the first time home buyers first time .. my friend is not.
We have about 32,000 dollars of assets and only $ 550 in debt payments in the car a month.
We take care of the house right now and not paying the rent.
Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

It depends on how your credit card? If your conventional thinking, it would be better, very good. Personally, the FHA is the way to move forward, need only 3%, the seller can pay for it and have great programs for the first buyer of the property, and websites fha.gov fha.com an idea of the search, how things work. Anyway to avoid the goal of ending the 20% on mortgage insurance, hope this helps and the best wishes, is a home

Hello
I read your question, I decided the people by the fact that I was cheated twice by fake lenders in my search for a loan, but help came, finally, a reliable lender of my loan (60,000 USD), which are urgently needed even with bad credit. So I decided that I sent someone I will refer to its encounter with this God lender is reliable and his terms are fair. You can email him charles_lenders@yahoo.com Please tell him that Deborah Kirk he gave a loan for me. I am looking for an intimate lender until I saw him and I decided to help my neighbor here, because a lot of fake lenders do not and no body want to be prey for him, if you want to tell him that I only she said.

Thank you.
