Brooks Ghost Question About Running Shoes.....

Question about running shoes..... - brooks ghost

I'm trying to find the best running shoe for me. I have narrowed the options to the spirit and Brooks Mizuno Wave Creation. I'm also open for Asics. I have a high arch (not sure) pronation. This will be a running shoe on the sidewalk no more than 2 miles per day. I do not want to spend over $ 100. Do you have any other recommendations for a shoe or specific advice on the shoe? Opinions are welcome and appreciated. I can indicate the identity, if necessary. Thank you.

For $ 100 you can really good shoes. It is important to know whether you pronate or recommend the best shoe for you. Its weight is also necessary, because if you weigh over 170 you may need a shoe with more cushioning. Brooks, Saucony, Asics shoes are all good, but all I could do, would recommend you to try different shoes, and it is up to you to take the final decision on the best. For me personally, I hated Mizuno because they are too rigid. Nike Air Zoom Vomero and tried were too soft. I run in Saucony Trigon 5 is now. I never had a bubble. They are nice adjustment on a healthy environment, and the top is nice, spacious. This is the best shoe that I tried.
The reason for this is that you are there to help identify under or over pronate her if you need a stability, motion control or neutral shoe.
If you have a Road Runner Sports in your area, I would consider. The team make a video call analysis of your feet and speed to ensure you get the right shoes. PLU received within 60 days in exchange for something else's shoes.

Check the page and read the reviews of all the shoes. It might be useful for you.

Once she knew what to look for, was the choice easy. They have a lot of other information.
