Here is the wiki is to compromise. I played some time, and this seems simple enough. The most difficult part is to determine the numerical value of each piece, when you reach a version with small characters or smaller size. There is a version that has small Roman numerals.
Basically, you select a color and alternating with another player (s) and place the pieces in different countries, until all the occupied territories.
select a country to penetrate the enemy and the Rolling turn 2 standard.
Every time you win a role in removing one of the army of the enemy. continues until one or the other armies in a territory have been completely reduced, or decide to attack this particular area.
You can only attack adjacent territories, namely, those that share a common border or are connected by a dotted line. can not attack Italy South America.
The game continues until one person controls the entire board.
A few things I've found that the great work: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt;br> priority areas for the control of Greenland, Argentina, Australia and Madagascar. is very large and can attack a variety of positions.
see website for detailed instructions. I think there are some small details that might have been overlooked, but the core of the matter. Good luck and have fun!

I think I had the starter set of risks. The problem is .. the rules have changed, since the game was released in 1959. In my opinion, the original 1959 best. If you are to me (I jeremiahclayton@yahoo.com) is a scanned copy of the rules of origin can not send e-mail.

The direct link to the page of rules for Hasbro games, starting with "R" is http://www.hasbro.com/default.cfm?page=cs_instructions&letter=R

Scan the page to the version you find your own risk, and then click the link to a PDF version of the Regulations to download.
